Add a scaling bonus to the speed boost granted by Jephre and Kynareth equal to 1% for each 10% of favor (which mean it can go up to 30% total bonus speed at 200% favor (32% for Jephre if you have the lantern). Unfortunately for your potential (And my definitive and severe) OCD, it works incrementaly-ish (meaning that if you have 19.999999999% favor, the bonus will still be of 1% and not 2%, at least until you reach 20% favor.) Also tweaked the boon granted by xarxes: Now you won't need to meditate to get an extra perk point, and he also grant you a scaling bonus to your wards efficiency and cost.
