Short: this plugin fixes the flying fire in Old Hroldan Inn with Relighting Skyrim.
Long: this plugin returns the fire, which was obviously moved by the author accidentally, to the vanilla position. instead, you can simply delete this record from RelightingSkyrim_SSE.esp. this is one of two fixes that is included in the "Supplemental Relighting" that I released for LE on the Skyrim Exterior Fixes page (the other fix does not need for those who are not ported Supplemental Patch for SE).
when I've got plenty of patches, I'll probably create one page for all of them and delete this page.
