There is a bed. There is storage. It is nice, but simple. Nothing fancy at all. Just a place to call home in the town of Falkreath. There weren't many (or any) player homes in Falkreath, so I made one of my own, and decided to share it.
The mod adds home in town across from the mill. Again, very simple, just to serve as a base if you want to hunt, explore and store things. It's sort of an alternative if you've already done a playthrough and have built the Lakeview Manor home (with the Hearthfire DLC) and let's say you don't want to do that again but would like some little cabin in Falkreath to call your own. Navmeshed, and basically very simple. No mannequins, weapon racks or display cases to deal with. Just you, your followers, some booze on the tables and warm beds.
